As CEO and founder of CoSpaces, Ben has consistently proven to be ahead of the curve when it comes to innovation design and commercial trends. In 2012, Ben started CoSpaces by transforming three of the city’s most historic buildings into 2500m2 of commercial space that now includes over 100 co-working desks, 10 private offices, 6 meeting rooms, 2 event spaces a photography studio, café and rooftop bar.
With two decades of hospitality and real estate management experience, Chantelle oversees the operations of three coworking spaces and is responsible for the on-site experience of all members, visitors and participants. As a creative problem solver, Chantelle uses her strong networking and communication skills to retain long-term clients and build a close-knit community where people enjoy coming to work.
Communications & Marketing
With half a decade of PR and marketing experience within the private and not for profit sectors, Ariana’s strong verbal and written communication skills allow her the ability to make strategic, problem-solving decisions in lighting speed. As the Marketing and Communications Manager for CoSpaces, Ariana oversees all aspects of public relations, social and digital media, events and campaign initiatives.
With a background in real estate, Sarah is a vibrant and warm Concierge with excellent communication and customer service skills. As the welcoming face of the business, Sarah supports the administrative operations of the business and looks after all email and mail correspondence, the screening and handling of client enquiries, and the management of 6 meeting rooms and event spaces.
