Co SPACES members have access to premium office facilities throughout the building. From printing, VoIP phone and IT systems to our range of private and public meeting spaces, Co SPACES has everything you would ever need in a professional office covered.

The building is beautiful, inspiring and has won numerous Architectural awards in Australia. The 1011 sqm site includes reception, four meeting rooms with presentation equipment, an outdoor entertaining area, 3 break out zones, two kitchens, two bathrooms, Server Room and car park. Our IT systems include 100 mb cabling, 10/10 unlimited high speed internet, VoIP phones and handsets, A3 colour printer and scanner, a password protected file server, a 60″ smart TV and 3D HD projector.

Coffee Shop – Percy’s Corner:

We are lucky enough to have one of the Gold Coast’s best coffee shops located right in our foyer. Percy’s Corner is open from 7am – 3pm Monday – Friday and sells Espresso, Siphon, Cold Drip and Pour Over Coffee from the Single Origin blend in Sydney. They also stock a range of boutique teas and cold drinks, not to mention small eats made by local Southport artisans. Co SPACES members receive a discounted price for any coffee or tea, any size, anytime!

Public Transport:

We are conveniently located directly next to the Southport Light Rail Station, which takes 8 minutes to Griffith University, 5 minutes to Surfers Paradise and 30 minutes to Broadbeach. We are also seconds from the Bus Station and 15 minutes away from the Heavy Rail to Brisbane. Situated 40 minutes from two international airports, Southport is the perfect location for a business on the move.

Workstations:

We have a range of work stations and desks to suit the need of any professional. From private, lockable rooms to open plan desks, our work stations come with an ergonomic chair, set of draws and large desk.

Private Meeting Rooms:

We have a large meeting room and corporate boardroom available for Co Spaces members. Both are fully equipped with wireless and cable high speed internet, printer and presentation projectors. Conveniently located on ground level, the rooms can be accessed by any member of Co Spaces.

The rooms have been designed to handle well over 10 people and have premium furnishings, 14 ft ceilings and utilize the latest technology. They can be used to make presentations, hold mediations or for an informal get-together. Our executive boardroom and meeting room facilities in Southport are available during business hours to all building tenants.

Our front receptionist will greet your clients and seat them in our reception area, leaving you with the necessary time to prepare for your meeting.

Corporate Boardroom:

A classic case of old meets new, our boardroom is an architectural feature of the building. With high ceilings, two giant fire doors and all the latest technology it can be utilized for many uses including presentations, functions, Board Meetings, Mediation and Multimedia Shows.
